What I do
I support my clients in defining their unique path to success through a safe and compassionate environment.
Why I do it
My goal is to build work around life, not life around work.
To inspire others that anything is possible.
I want to see good people be aware of their potential, do what they love and get recognised for it.
Success is subjective and needs to be individually defined. I believe in originality and curiosity, not conformity.
Peace of Mind
Let’s foster a flexible mindset and a strong level of acceptance so that you’re able to navigate whatever comes your way.
The goals are adaptability and elasticity, not perfection.
Health
Prioritising your health, both mental and physical, is one of the keys to success.
I’ll support you in learning how to say No to what doesn’t align with you.
Fulfilment
Happiness is not sustainable, fulfilment is.
Like all others emotions we experience, happiness is fleeting. Reaching fulfilment will help you find a baseline that is both durable and sustainable.
My Philosophy
Growth is a personal choice.
If you commit to it, you can gently lead yourself back to who you already are and become who you’re capable of being.
Why “Sesen”?
Sesen is the Egyptian lotus flower and it’s a symbol of new life.
It’s also a name of Africa-Eritrea origin that means to “wish for more”.
Why me?
The hardships I went through gave me the ability to relate to several types of challenges. Everything has an out.
“Nothing is impossible and I provide options, not conclusions.”
You’ll feel safe, heard and not judged around me.
One of the biggest strengths a human being can have is the power of perspective.
“I believe everything that happens is both good for us and there’s deep meaning behind it. Life is working for us not against us”.
